Another namespace in
System.Core.dll is
System. It contains two exception classes (
InvalidTimeZoneException and
TimeZoneNotFoundException) and the
TimeZone2 class (that further contains two types:
AdjustmentRule and
TransitionTime). Kathy has the details on
